– 25-minute massage. Similar to sports massage, but with slower, softer motions, to completely relax your muscles and remove any remaining tension.

– A glass of UK’s first genuine draught kvass to rehydrate. Because it’s filled with electrolytes, kvass is more hydrating than water and helps keep your body balanced.

– Pickles – salty brined pickle juice could restore and rehydrate you. Pickle juice not only has considerable amounts of sodium in it, but it also has traces of potassium which are both essential electrolytes for hydration.

– Borsch – the king of soups. Homemade vegan beetroot soup. Provides fluid, fuel, and electrolytes.

– Cured salmon – premium salmon, slightly cured to perfection, resulting in a rich, savory taste. A good source of protein.
