If you are a member, you can make a booking online with no payment.

If you have made a booking but your circumstances change, you can reschedule this booking up to 24 hours before the appointed time by calling us on 020 8189 9777 or email [email protected].

In case of No-Show or cancelation on a day – your booking will be marked as completed.

On most days treatments will be provided by male therapists. If you have a preference for a female therapist, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

* On female only days, there will be some

  1. Minimal presence of male therapists performing the Parenie treatment.
  2. Swimwear is not essential during single gender sessions. If you decide to wear swimsuit, two-piece bikini is more practical for treatments.
  3. Please note: Flip flops must be worn – please bring your own or purchase from Reception (£6).
