Terms & Conditions

– Loyalty points cannot be transferred, combined, or shared between different wallets. No cash equivalent.

– Memberships (Subscribe/ Renew) – No Loyalty points awarded.

– If you a member and pay for additional treatments or food in-house – No Loyalty points awarded.

– Discounted spa packages, spa vouchers – No Loyalty points awarded.
  

Referral Program

1. Referral [Client 1] invites a Receiver [Client 2] via the referral link.
2. New customer [Client 2] downloads the Yotta App and receives a £15 (loyalty points) bonus immediately.
3. Once Client 2 spends £30 at Banya, Client 1 receives £15 (loyalty points).
  

Referral Bonuses Usage

– A group of 2-4 people cannot use referral bonuses simultaneously during the same visit. The rule is: only one bill per table can include a referral bonus.

– If two (or more) persons [Client 1] send a £15 referral link to the same Receiver [Client 2], only one Client 1 will receive the £15 bonus, depending on which link Client 2 clicked first and used to download the app. No client can receive the £15 bonus twice.
