What is included?
– 1,5-hour session with unlimited access to Banya facilities: authentic steam room, ice bath and bucket showers.
– Your own private booth with a table in the lounge where you can order food and drinks in between or after the steam room sessions and treatments.
– Parenie – invigorating thermal treatment performed in the main steam room using leafy and fragrant bunches of soaked oak and eucalypt branches. Parenie treatment is followed by a cold bucket shower and an icy plunge, creating a powerful contrast that stimulates the release of adrenaline and stress hormones, resulting in a deep sense of invigoration.
