How to enjoy your first Banya experience

How to Banya - enjoy your Banya experience

  1. Change and leave your belongings in a locker and then, covering yourself with a towel, head to the lounge where you will be shown to the booth allocated to you and your companion.

  2. Our Head therapist will come to your booth to speak about your pre-booked treatments or take a booking if you wish to add a procedure to your experience (please see our treatments’ menu).

  3. Order some herbal tea – we advise hydrating thoroughly throughout your session.

  4. Go to the steam room, put on a felt hat to prevent overheating and sit or lay down on your towel. Do not stay for more than 5-10 minutes on the first go.

  5. Afterwards take a warm or cool shower and head back toyour booth. Relax, cool down and re-hydrate.

  6. If you booked some treatments, our therapists will come to your booth to invite you for your procedures.

  7. Repeat the 10-minute visits to the steam room with 20-30 minutes’ breaks in between.
  8. After your second visit to the steam room, it is the right time for a splash ofrefreshing cold water from the bucket showers or an electrifying and invigoratingdip in the icy cold plunge pool (please take a shower beforehand).
